Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled service are eligible for rescheduling or refund consideration.
- Same-day or last-minute cancellations may attract a convenience or visit-blocking charge.
2. Rescheduling
- One free reschedule may be allowed based on availability.
- Additional reschedules may be chargeable depending on timing.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are reviewed case-by-case based on payment status, service progress, and issue details.
- If service has already started or completed, partial/no refund may apply depending on actual work done.
4. Service Quality Concerns
- If you face a genuine quality issue, report it within 24 hours of service completion.
- Our team will assess and may provide a suitable rework or resolution.
5. Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
